Certificate Replacement
Individuals who have participated in a safeTALK or ASIST workshop can request a replacement certificate.
Please note that requests for replacement certificates for workshops are processed by LivingWorks Education's Calgary office. We can provide a PDF version only for a fee. Complete the Replacement Certificate Form.
Trainers requiring replacement certificates are asked to email your request.
