Lauren Dale

As Project Manager, Lauren is responsible for ensuring that the requirements of client projects are fulfilled. Lauren aims to build strong and effective relationships with all stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships are created and solutions are developed that meet the needs of each community.

Lauren is passionate about providing excellent service delivery and enjoys working with a range of groups and communities, and the variety that comes with this. Lauren has a strong understanding of the LivingWorks training experience having been involved in the coordination of workshops and training for trainers during the past few years. Her previous background in event management, as well as her innate organisation skills, have served the LivingWorks family well by ensuring a quality training experience for all groups. 

Lauren gets her energy from being around people and feels privileged to be surrounded by such a passionate and dedicated team. Outside of work, Lauren can be found spoiling her dog, enjoying walks amongst nature, playing tennis or relaxing with a good movie. She is also passionate about mental health and the importance of ‘trying’ to get that balance in life right!
